Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you order from Vegan King.

These terms apply to orders placed with Vegan King Ltd. ("Vegan King", "we") and to your use of vegankinggh.com.
Ordering
- We are a pick-up and delivery kitchen. We do not have a sit-down restaurant or dining room.
- Orders are taken by WhatsApp or phone only, on 055 665 0441 or 059 667 7286, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–7:00pm.
- Pick-up is from 33 Dr Esther Ocloo Street, Kuku Hill, Osu, Accra.
- Every meal is cooked to order. Please order lunch or dinner at the start of the day and breakfast the night before.
- Brownies and condiments must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
- An order is confirmed when we confirm it to you by phone or message, including the total price.
Prices and payment
- Menu prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Diplomatic plans are priced in US dollars.
- Delivery fees are confirmed with your order.
- Prices can change. The price we confirm when you order is the price you pay.
- We confirm the available payment methods when you order.
Changes and cancellations
Because we cook to order, please tell us about any change or cancellation as early as possible. Once we have started preparing your food, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order. For meal plans, the cancellation terms are agreed during your Menu Design Session.
Allergies and dietary needs
All our food is plant-based. Some dishes contain common allergens such as peanuts, groundnuts, sesame, soy and gluten. Always tell us about allergies when you order. We take care, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of traces of allergens.
Delivery
We deliver across Accra. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address and phone number you give us.
Meal plans and diplomatic service
Meal plan and diplomatic service details, including menus, delivery schedule, rates and billing, are agreed with you in writing before the plan starts. The diplomatic rate applies to households that join within 90 days of our offer.
This website
We keep the information on this website accurate, but menu items, prices and hours may change. The Vegan King name, logo, CocoYummy™ and "Health is the New Wealth™" belong to Vegan King Ltd. and may not be used without our permission.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
